Resep Ayam Geprek Ala Nusantara

Bahan-bahan: 2-3 buah dada ayam 1 buah jeruk nipis 3 siung bawang putih, haluskan 1 sdt garam 1/2 sdt merica bubuk Minyak goreng secukupnya Tepung terigu secukupnya Telur ayam secukupnya Tepung panir secukupnya 5-6 buah cabe rawit, iris halus 3-4 siung bawang putih, iris halus 2 sdm minyak goreng 1/2 sdt garam 1/2 sdt gula pasir 1 sdm air jeruk nipis Cara membuat: Potong dada ayam menjadi 2 atau 3 bagian, lalu lumuri dengan perasan jeruk nipis, garam, dan merica. Diamkan selama 15-30 menit. Siapkan 3 wadah: wadah pertama berisi tepung terigu, wadah kedua berisi telur yang telah dikocok lepas, dan wadah ketiga berisi tepung panir. Gulingkan potongan ayam yang telah dibumbui ke dalam tepung terigu, lalu celupkan ke dalam telur, dan gulingkan ke dalam tepung panir. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan, lalu goreng potongan ayam sampai kecokelatan dan matang.Angkat dan tiriskan. Untuk sambal, tumis cabe rawit dan bawang putih dalam minyak goreng sampai harum.
